- hey guys can anyone show me the formula in computing the percentage of quotas? if you need more info i can give it...

Well...yes.

Examples of what you are trying to achieve, a sample workbook perhaps etc etc. the more information you provide, the better your chances of receiving a reply.

Well its like this in our office each employee has a productivity sheet in excel this is were they place there daily line count now each employee must have a quota of 350 line counts a day and if they exceed that they will receive incentives now our boss instructed me if possible to configure there the productivity sheets of our employees to automatically compute the percentage of their daily quotas so that they wont have to compute it manually but the problem is that they also doesnt know the formula in computing the percentage .... hope this helps, i will provide more info... i will also ask my boss.

OK - we're getting there...

Can you attach a sample sheet, doesn't have to be live or confidential data, giving some examples? I'm guessing that somewhere on each employee's sheet is a quota figure, and as they enter their productivity figures throughout the day, you would like some kind of 'live' percentage figure, based on their quota target?
