Microsoft Word 2003 problems(resolved)
Hello, I hope I am posting in right area. I accidentally deleted my Word 2003 software, but when I try to reload the disc, it will not load automatically, and when I type "run" and enter d://setup.exe like the disc says, nothing happens. Any ideas as I need this disc for work! Thanks very much

Re: Microsoft Word 2003 problems
Try opening the disk from inside of My Computer and running the setup.exe by double clicking. It may be that your CD-Rom is bad or it is not assigned drive letter D. If you have two hard drives it could be E. Also check and make sure the disk is clean and not badly scratched.

Re: Microsoft Word 2003 problems
Thanks to replies. I'm sorry I am a klutz with computers. When I clicked "my computer" I realised my disc drive is E (I was typing D). Therefore, it has loaded now. Thanks, you have saved me £100 in buying a new disc -which would not have worked either, as the problem was me!
