Word, Excel, and IE won't open

I am unable to open Word, or any file created in Word. The same goes for Excel and IE. When I try to open the program, it highlights it, then just sits there. It will not open.
Last night I ran every ultility I know. Defrag, chkdsk, full virus scan, disk cleanup, ect. Then, I booted in Safe Mode. In Safe Mode, everything opens!
What do I need to do in order to be able to fix this problem?
Please help!!

Try a repair of office from the disc you got when you bought the program.

No Repair Disk

Ok, I found several disks that I recieved from Dell. The disks I have are:
"Reinstallation CD MS Windows XP Home Edition Including Service Pack 1"
"Office XP for Small Business, Version 2002"
"MS Office XP, Version 2002, Service Pack 1"

Which disk should I use for the repair?
