Outlook problem

Hi all, i have a user(Mary) thats recieving duplicate emails from another user(Shane,.they both have outlook2003.Everytime Shane sends a mail to Mary it comes up twice on Mary's email...Is there a setting that i neeed to look at in Shanes outlook.Please assist me, thanks

Are you using any rules within outlook. And which mail services both are using?

late response but my first Q would be to check to see if the email address was put in there twice. If not, call your isp, it's a prob on their end most likely.
