MS Word - Menu Files/Recently Used
Have been trying to see the recently used files in menu File from my MS Office Word 2003 SP2. Tools/Options/General/List of Used Files is greyed so I cannot type the number of files to be shown in box "Files".Can anybody give me any clues? Thanks in advance, Peter |

MS Word - Menu Files/Recently Used
Hi, Kalim
Thanks for your reply. I set NoRecentDocsHistory=0 under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\ and the problem was solved. The Tweak UI program that I am running doesn't have the option Add new documents to Documents on Start Menu check box on the IE tab as the kb article states. Nevertheless the clue about the Key in the Registry was enough. Thank you for the link to that article, Peter |
