enable to export and import address book from ms outlook

i am enable to export the address book from ms outlook,
the export and import are disabled in file menu.

can any one help pls

this problem is prabably about your regional language settings. Language of your office version might be different than the local language setting of your computer. Go to start-settings-control panel-regional settings and set the language to whatever the language of your office version is.

i hope it works out...
