Outlook 2003 Problem

I have a problem when send emails from Outlook 2003. We have 2 PCs using Outlook 2003 and when they send an email to a number of people which half of them are internal users the email on the internal users is shown good as it has to be, while on some external users the email arrives ok bt some fonts are not good, sometimes half of the words are written in a bigger font and sometimes they are bold as well. What do you think ?

You have tested mail with default fonts?
