I am trying to mail merge a document with 2003 word. I can get it to merge, but on record 16 it tells me that " record 16 has too few data fields". I am using about 400 records, but from 16 on I have to click on each one to get to the end and then it goes to a sceen where it lists each recipient. Every record after 15 gives me the same message. I cannot see that there is any difference between the first 15 and the rest to the end. Any suggestions???
