Outlook 2003 backups

Hi,
I'm at the point of reformatting my hard drive and need to backup all my email outlook data.

I've got as far as C:\Ddocuments and settings\me\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook and the archive.pst, outlook.pst file.

Is copying these files off the hard drive and then copying them bask later enough??

What exactly is in these files??

I need
inbox
sent items
all POP, SMTP, username & passwords (I use several mail addresses.)

etc etc.

I have to say that the Outlook express way of doing this is easy, Office 2003 is .... different!

Thanks Ade

Who's your ISP? Are the email accounts linked to the ISP?

There are 10 mail addresses with 4 different ISP's Sure I can retype them manually but saveing and importing makes more sense.
