MS Publisher 2000 - Weird green background
When MS Publisher opens up to any screen (new document, old document etc) it has a weird green thing going on. See attached pic. Notice that the menu bars and toolbars are not affected.
It is not happening in any other MS Office programs such as Word or Excel. Only Publisher. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Publisher but it didn't help. |
