Coverting Publisher Doc

Does anyone in here know how to convert a Publisher 2003 file to a word document.

I have tried saving it as a word document but it doesn't bring everything across.

The Douments are 60pgs and 30pgs so copy and past is out of the question

Any help would be gold

1. What are the elements of your Publisher file that are not brought across after saving it as a Word document?

2. Make sure you choose "Word 97-2002 & 6.0/97 - RTF (*.doc)" in the "Save as type" box, because there's a bunch of various *.doc versions available in the Save As command.
