Outlook 2000 error
When periodically reading e-mail I am receiving a Microsoft Window box stating that I have encountered an error with a send or don't send option button. Within that message window there is a link that takes you to the error report contents which contains the following info:
Exception Information Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000 Module 1 Outlook.exe In the event viewer I was seeing: Fauling application outlook.exe version 9.0.0.2416, faulting module ole32.dll ver 5.1.2600.2726, fault address 0x00092dd8 At this point if you click on the window box and close it, Outlook will abruptly close. Here are some of the troubleshooting steps I have taken so far: 1. Ran a memory soak test - OK 2. Reseated memory module (1GB) 3. Ran Detect and Repair on Microsoft Office 2000 particularly Outlook 4. Reinstalled Microsoft Office Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you |
