creating a new mail box

hi, I have Office Outlook 2003 and I'm tying to create a mailbox for my daughter under her screen name. I'm unable to conect to the outgoing mail server. I'm doing this within her screen name, should I do this under mine as the adminstrator. I'm working under POP3 and for the Incoming mail POP3 box I use (mail.comcast.net) and that works. For Outgoing SMPT I've tried every possible combination and it always fails. Any ideas. Thanks Rick

Hi..

what error message does it return?

You do not need to connect via your profile..as long as all the details are correct and there are no ISP limitations to the mail server, it should work. Please note that many ISP's do not allow connections to their outgoing servers if you are using a different ISP to connect with :-)
