MS Word spellchecker error

hello
i have office xp
when i press spellchecker, it says: "Word cannot find the spelling file MSSpell3.dll or mssp232.dll for ."
the file is there howerver. i reinstalled and unistalled, but that did not help.

how can i fix it? any suggestions?
