I emailed an ecard toa friend in Oregon and she couldn't open it. I don't for sure which OS she has but it's either 98 or 2000...not XP. She useds IE as her browser and I couldn' tell her if some setting needed to be changed for slure as I don't use IE for a long time...FF. Any suggestions as to why she couldn't open it? Would Flash Player have anything to do with it and can she get that for IE?

She probably needs to install the Flash Player for IE
