G'Day,
Go to the adobe website and download the latest version of adobe reader [I think its 7.0.7] for free, and that should cure your problem.
If not post back and we'll start thinking again
Kind Regards,
Dave T.

G'day,
The OS used for the desktop is Win98 and can only use Adobe 5.0. I downloaded but still cannot view PDF file online.
Another separate issue, I had a notebook with XP pro OS, I downloaded Adobe 7 reader but when I access PDF file online, the older version 5.0 is activated but not the latest version 7.0. Why?
Look forward to hear from you soon.
