IE won't open webpages

Well here's the scoop. I don't know what exactly happened recently but for some real stupid reason, I cannot access websites on IE. Be forewarned, I don't like IE nor like to use it but for windows updates, I do use it. Websites work perfectly and open up in Firefox which I'm using right now and Opera. No website that I've tried on IE opens up. I'll attach the image file so you guys can see what could be the problem. By the way, I don't know if this helps but just a couple days back I updated my java program from Sun.

Oh and one more thing, I have the google toolbar on IE. When I open up the google homepage from there, it works fine. No problem at all.

Try uninstalling the google toolbar. Someone else had the same problem not long ago and it turned out to be a google toolbar issue.

Well forgot to update you guys on this but it seems to be working fine now. Nothing I did or didn't do, it just started working on its own. I'll keep that advice in mind though about uninstalling the google toolbar.
