EEK! IE 6 Browser Hijacker Problem

I'm having a pesky little problem with Internet Explorer 6. I was infected by a browser hijacker that I can't seem to get rid of, no matter what I do. This hijacker only misdirects my browser to unrelated sites when I click on links after performing a query in Yahoo! and Google search engines. It hasn't affected others like Dogpile, etc. If I click the back button and reclick my intended link 3 times, then it will go to the right place. But, if I do another search, the process has to be repeated.

What I have done so far in an attempt to remedy this annoyance is run various anti-spyware programs (Adaware, Spyware S&D, etc.), run anti-virus, clear out all cookies, and other general maintenance. I also downloaded a program called HijackThis which hasn't helped. Even went as far as rolling back from SP2 to SP1, then reinstalling SP2, all to no avail.

Any suggestions on how to fix it? I'm using Firefox now; it's a great browser, but just a tad slower.
