 COULD SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME?I"M ONLY ABLE TO ACCESS THE INTERNET IN SAFE MODE.ON INTERNET EXPLOYER USING WINDOWS XP, IT SAYS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.WHATS WRONG????

Are you using any kind of third party firewall porgrams such as norton or mcafee? If so try disabling them and trying again.
