ist istbar and cnsmin

I first did a spyware check with spybot and it said that both of those threat are removed. Afterwards I did another check with spy sweeper and it indicates that those 2 threats are still there. I tried using HijackThis and i could only find cnsmin in my log... clicked fix and the cnsmin is still there after i did another check with spy sweeper. All these spywares are giving me headaches please help

Forgot to mention that the spyware had changed my homepage to http://homepage.main-hosting.com I can change it back but everytime after I reboot it comes back.
