Cry web words not clearly visable

I have windows xp os. i have plenty of ram, but here is the problem- When I connect to the internet, and surf the web sites, some of the writing on the pages are impossible to read! I cleared my temp. inter. files, and turned off the hibernation, (someone told me this might help) anyway, it just keeps getting worse. ANY IDEAS???? I contacted my inter. provider & they told me to empty the files. Please help!

When you say impossible to read...do you mean the size of the text?

Perhaps you could post a screen shot of what you are experiencing?

Hit Print Screen Key...open up paint program and then paste and save to hard drive and then attach to your message.(Advanced Mode) Manage attachments.

Cry

I DO NOT know how to send or put an example on here. This is WAY ABOVE my knowledge of computers. I just know that, I am having problems reading some of the words on some sites. The pictures come out clear, but some of the words are IMPOSSIBLE to read. I guess when you don't understand how to do something, you can't expect much help. Sorry I am a computer dummy.

If it is just the text that is giving you a problem, try clicking on view at the top of your Internet Explorer menu...then text size...and choose/click on a larger option. That should enlarge most text displayed in the window.

What monitor are you using? CRT or LCD? If you have an LCD you may just need to adjust a user setting.
