HELP with Cookies
Hi,
Iam having a problem putting in ausername and password. I have been able to sign in fine on the site eclassinfo for awhile and now all of a sudden when I put in my username and password and press enter I get this... Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01a8' Object required: '' /students/CookiesDisabled.asp, line 17 I was told to go to tools internet options then clear cookies but mine only says delete cookies and I tried that and still can't log in! I know it isn't a problem with the site because I can acsess my acount from different computers. ANy ideas to help? Thanks Kelley

Tools / internet options/ general / temp internet files
delete cookies delete files/ delete all offline content clear history. Did you have an autocomplete form set up to log you in? IF so go to tools/ internet options/ content / personal information / autocomplete (Click button) Click clear forms and clear password. Go to tools /internet options/ privacy Set the slider to medium Now click the sites button Type in the website domain (eclassinfo.com ) and click allow Does this computer with the problem by any chance have two firewalls running? If so , disable all but one. Also , check the time in your clock in the lower right. IF the clock or timezone is incorrect, often your cookie will not register correctly and hence you get a runtime error.
