IE Display problems
Hi folks
I am having problems with graphics on IE 6.When I visit sites on the web a lot of the images come up as a wee red cross instead of the image. Is there a tweak or adjustment that can fix this as it is annoying. Cheers

Go to IE/ tools/ internet options/ advanced /multimedia
Check show pictures, play animations, play videos . Infact , check everythign in this section except show placeholders and automatic image resizing. APply and restart your computer before going to any web sites. If you used one of those "patches" for the windows metafile thumbnail issue, uninstall it , get the microsoft patch from windows update. If you disabled the dll file manually, reenable it (this is one of the files needed to show image and thumbnails).
