toolbars all messed up

Hi,
I dont know how, but my toolbars on the top including the address bar is all jammed up. I have attached a screenshot to show u how it looks like. I put them in a nice order, however everytime I open a new IE window, it goes back to the same jammed up order.

Can someone tell me how to put them in a nice order permanently, without it going back to the jammed up position everytime i open up a new IE window?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Re-arrange the toolbars and lock them - view>toobars>lock toolbars
