Outlook Express limiting upload speed of emails
I have a cable connection where the upload speed is 750 kbps. The most I can get out of outlook express is 340 kbps. However, I installed Eudora and with that email program I have no trouble getting email upload speeds of 725 to 750 kbps. Any ideas why Outlook Express won't go any faster? By the way, I have no trouble with the download speed of my emails through OE -- they run at an amazing 6 to 7 mbps. In my work I often send attachments around 1 meg in size.
