slow browsing due to Explorer??

I have been dealing with excessively slow browsing for months, pages that take so long that they never load, etc etc. I finally switched to Modzilla and wow!!! Problem solved. Could it be that the problem with with Explorer and not my computer or imagined spyware, viruses etc. I have cleaned and recleaned the computer, rid it of everything and no use. Except for now. I'd be interested in hearing from others about this.

thanks

I am currently looking into this as a production problem at work.

It appears that some sites work a lit faster if you enable HTTP 1.1 and HTTP 1.1 Through Proxy.

Of course my machine is locked down, so I need to edit the registery to apply these changes.

Will keep you updated.

Cheers.
