addressbar BHO,, link BHO removed !! how to get back?

hi,, running win xp,, ie explorer 6.. i got trojen,, and to remove it i ran ad-aware,, and accidentlly removed 'addressbar BHO',, and 'link BHO'... i removed all the BHO available at that time.. so how to get back the default BHO? as without that,, i m unable to get the 'addressbar' in the internet explorer,, or even the win explorer!!,, link BHO is also not available,, and some of the programms are now showing some of the components that is related to explorer BHO!!... so what to do? i can't undo that change through ad-aware... so if i can download the registry,, and classes,,etc,, to install BHOagain,,,.. i tried uninstalling internet explorer and then reinstalling, but it didn't work,, may be these default BHOs were at some strange place!!..
please help...!!

Have you tried finding a system restore point prior to your errors?
