I can't open certain websites!!
res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm
I keep getting that when I go to certain sites. It first started off with websites like myspace and occasionally facebook. Websites that I could do without but now it's doing it to sites that I need to access such as the Bank of America website, so I can check my bank account. It's getting ridiculous. I have searched for help [even used past posts on here] and done everything that I can think of to fix this and what other people have done to fix the problem. Nothing is fixing the problem. I have no viruses, deleted temp files, browsing history + cookies. Made sure I had the newest versions of Java. I got the new IE8 and even did error-checking and degragmented. When the link pops up: res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm the page says "Action Canceled" and that "Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable." The site never becomes available though. Does anyone know what this means? I'm in college and I need to be able to go to any and all websites! Thank you! ~Christy |
