skipped keys when typing in ie8

I followed another thread and found that my problem is with an add-on, however I can not pin point which add-on(s).

When I run IE with no addons IE works fine.

Disable the add-ons one by one until you figure out which one is.

All add-ons are disabled but the microsoft corp. add-ons under the run without permissions.

Is is ok to disable those add-ons without messing up something?

I have disabled all add-ons everywhere I could find to disable them and it still isn't working. What am I missing.
