IE 7 has stopped working

When I click the Internet icon, a message appears saying IE 7 has stopped working, and then will only allow me to close the program. It does give me the following details:

By the way: this problemis NOT on my regular laptop, rather a VISTA machine.

Try opening the IE without the addons.
Start->programs-.accessories->System tools->IE(No addons).
If it works fine then removed all the addons.

Why not upgrade to IE 8?

I find lots of issue with IE8( believe me..).
Better use the IE7 and try disabling the addons to use the IE7 properly...
