IE7 change default print preview settings

Forgive me if this has been posted, but I'm getting database errors when trying to search. I print from IE7 a LOT from a work application, and have to change the zoom to 70% and set landscape almost everytime. Anyone know of a reg hack that can set the defaults to what I need them to be?

I googled and found one:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl

Add the following key:
FEATURE_STF_Scale_Min

In that key, add the following DWORD value:
iexplore.exe

For the value, enter the decimal value you want the zoom level to be (eg,
100).

This only works if I set it to 100%. If I try to put it at 70 (or any other value, for that matter) it defaults back to Shrink to Fit. Any help?

I'm using IE7.0.5730.13 on XP pro sp3.
