wont connect to internet and let me surf :(
i have used internet explorer on my pc before but i must have changed a setting and now wont let me surf the web. Iv tried clikcing on diagnos problem but no suggestions are given. The actual pc is connected to the internt because msn messenger will work. I have allowed the program through firewall, but dont know what to try next. Also i can not restore pc bcos i dont know how and bcos i have not previously backed up my computer. Thanks for any comments :)
