"No connection to the internet - work off line" message
I have Juno Dial-up service.
Recently when I run Juno I get "No connection to the internet - work off line" message. I go and reset it in either the Tools and/or file section but as soon as I try to do anything it reverts right back to Work offline. Whats causing this and how do I fix it. IE 8 is installed. I need help with this - I can't do any updates. It affects 'Juno' IE and the regular IE. My fireFox works fine. My connection to the internet is good also. Thanking in advance. -TommyR |

Re: "No connection to the internet - work off line" message
Try deleting you current 'Juno' dial up connection and create a new one
before creating a new one, go to tools > internet options > connections > and make sure the white box there is empty then go back to tools > uncheck work offline then re-create your 'Juno' dial up connection and see if it's going to work if you're still getting 'work offline' error, it's possible that your IE is corrupted and that'll affect 'Juno IE' since it uses IE as well. last resort, uninstall IE8 and go back to IE7
