can't start ie
When I click the ie icon on my desktop I get an new page with only the ie logo at the top left of the page, and an address bar. It populates the address bar with my home page for about 1/2 second then stops, and returns me to my desktop.
Also, when I hover my mouse over the desktop ie icon I get no information. When I right-click the icon I don't get any information. |
