I want to get off Firefox but...
...I have got to find some method to deal with code that attempts to redirect IE8 to another website. I get this popup question to click OK to go to or cancel to stay which is cool but remember my answer and quit asking me.
What I've done so far is employ this Adblock Pro thing and IE7Pro and this inprivate browsing thing I read about on the net and life has improved. But this issue of redirects they do nothing for and it's driving me bananas. Now IE8 has the speed I like, renders really nicely and my IDM integrates well with it. So I'm happy but these redirects on some websites are brutal and really trying my patience. Any ideas for noscript type functionality I'm not using yet? -MrVegas |
