What's IE Doing Surfing All By Itself?
I don't use IE. Repeat, I do not us IE, except in the rare instance when I need to dl an upgrade from MS. Yet every time I shutdown and run Cleanup! (a little program that wipes temp files) it finds upwards if 300 files in IE history folders. Anyone have an idea what's going on? Is there a setting I can use to disable IE unless and until I want to use it? Can I set my router to not accept any IE queries?
Its not really a problem more I'm just curious.

Re: What's IE Doing Surfing All By Itself?
What browser do you use aside from IE?
Can you also check the history folder and see what websites do you have in there? and see if you browse them or not. |
