Errors Wherever I Go - IE8

Hi, all.

Am I the only one who is so frustrated by all of IE8's page-loading & event handler errors that I want to revert to IE7?

I have installed IE8 in the past month or so on a fast XP system.
Ever since, I am inundated with browser errors which occur either:

1. Upon loading webpages
[e.g., "Handler already exists", and "Object does not support this property or method"]
- OR -
2. At the time of an event to be handled, like a mouseOver or mouseClick

This occurs on all kinds of pages, both high- and low-profile sites. I am convinced that the pages themselves are not the problem.

I am consulting the forum(s) before taking any action.

Is there a simple patch for this, or do I need to revert to IE7?

Are there any foreseeable problems by my reverting to IE7?

Thanks
