ie7 will not launch
IE will not launch. When I open it, the desktop screen blinks momentarily and I see activity on the task manager screen, but the program never opens. I have run sfc /scannow, registered the dll, used three separate registry repair programs, and restored the os. No success.
Problem started this weekend, sometime after a download sp3 and installed ie8. Not clear when problem actually began. I have reverted to ie7, and even tried ie6. I am out of ideas and could use a fresh one. windows xp pro sp3 Thanks. |
