Youtube weird problem.. URGENT HELP NEEDED!

Ok... I am a runescape player, and i upload lots of Pk vids,

Sometime, when i upload my vids, the song gets copyrighted by WMG, so i do this.. :

Select the reason for your dispute 2. This video uses copyrighted material in a manner that does not require approval of the copyright holder. It is a fair use under copyright law.

Usually it works and youtube will restore my song,

But.. in my latest vid... i did this..

The dispute was accepted, but my song would only play in high definition viewing... in normal quality.. the song wouldn't come..!!

SM1 PLS HELP ME SOLVE THIS CRAZY PROBLEM!! Need Replies quick!!
