Internet Explorer error messages

If I try to access Internet Explorer 8 I get an error message telling me that there has been a problem and IE had to close. I get a message about DEP too. The error message has started to come up a bit randomly. I have One Care but it can't access IE. I think there's a virus in there someplace because now I can't access the internet at all through my wireless connection. Any thoughts?!
