Assert in lsp video problem

I downloaded Internet Exployer 8 on my Windows Vista and since then if a page comes up with a video to play I have a window that opens up upon starting the video that says -----------------------------------------------ASSERT in LSP.
iexployer.exe
Assert in LSP

g_socket_data.Lookup(s) == 0

capture\lsp\nolsp\wsp_patches.cpp:1313

Abort Retry Ignore

and if I do the ignore key three times or so I get the video and the ASSERT in LSP stops coming up until next time.

I tried start -> search cmd right click on the cmd (black window) click on continue (it will open a black window) then type the following command

netsh winsock reset (then push enter which would say winsock catalog successfully reset, restart the computer, but do not restart type the next command)

netsh int ip reset reset.txt and at first it seemed like it worked but it's back to ASSERT IN LSP.

Thanks
