printing from ie

i have 2 computers on a home network and i am having a problem with printing. both run xp, one computer has the printer installed and works fine. on the other i can print a test page no problem, but when i try to print from a webpage, there should be 2 pages of text, but only 1 prints and the second is blank. when i copy the text to notepad and print both pages print fine, so i'm assuming it has to be something is ie. i had ie8 and downgrade to 7 but still has the same problem. i don't know what else todo.
anyone have any ideas. on the first computer printing from a webpage is fine.

i have more info for my above post. i noticed today that in the print preview there is a scroll bar on the side, you cna't move it ofcourse. so it shows all the document on one page but in doesn't fit. hope that helps someone is solving this problem.
