Uninstalling IE 8 but not shown in add/remove program list

I want to UNinstall IE 8 and it does not appear in the control panel list of Add/Remove programs. How can I find it? It keeps crashing when I'm on some websites.

I upgraded from IE 7 and want to go back to that. I also just installed Firefox 3 and it is crashing too. I want to use both for a while and decide which one I like best.

in add remove programs go to add remove windows comonents andremove ie, it will bring you to the last ie version you had.
