How do I view the pages and content another person has viewed on my computer. What screens they have had up, email addresses, things like that?

This of course after that individual has cleared the browser cache and basically reset all IE settings.

Hi -

Why exactly are you trying to gain their email addresses and links they've been too? Sounds kind of fishy to me.
