Search Suggestions Error

Everytime I type something into the Search box on the right of the Address bar, "An error occurred" appears instead of actual search suggestions. How do I fix this?

This is with IE8.

I am also experiencing this error. I tried to Manage Add-ons, delete, re-insert add-ons - but no success.

Need help fixing the Search Suggestions.

Re: Search Suggestions Error

This is what I believe might be the problem

Toolbar is not working, could be corrupt .dll or file so reinstall/ or remove
Incorrect proxy settings used
Pc has been hijacked by Malware.
