IE6 give error when closing

I have internet explorer 6 on my pc. Everytime i browes the internet and close it then it shows a send and dont send error. The error is Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

But if i upgrade to ie7 then the problem is solved. why is that? Most of the pc's here have ie6

According to me there is some issue with the settings of the internet explorer , to resolve this issue try to follow these steps .
1 Open the internet explore .
2 Go the Tools > Internet options > Advance and finally click on the reset button ,
This will reset all the settings of the internet explore .

Please try to clear cache, cookies, history and temporary internet files of Internet Explorer 6. Now, You should restart the Internet Explorer 6.

You should really stay with IE7, as IE6 is very badly outdated, it does not have all the latest security patches.
