[SOLVED] RARE Internet Schizoid Disorder
Hi!
I don't know if I'm the only one affected by this. When I open a new web page for the first time (IE 7), the web page won't load. However, the second time I click the IE 7 icon I get 2 bars on the webpage, with the Internet working. This is extremely irritating, because sometimes I have to ctrl+alt+del the first blank screen which takes an extra minute or so. After a while searching on the Internet, when I try to open a NEW webpage with the IE 7 icon, I may get a blank screen again. I did see an internet support film a while ago, which suggested that many of these problems may be because of inactivated add-ons or extensions or services and such. I have actually tried to tamper the services in the administration tools and in msconfig for better performance, which may have caused the problem. Thanks for reading P.S. I don't think the blank screen error and the 2 bars problem are related! |

Re: RARE Internet Schizoid Disorder
Problem solved! Thank you soo much!
I reset my Internet and now it started up in nano seconds. I don't know what the problem was though. Be warned my friends, because your Internet history is affected (passwords, toolbars, links). This is how I did it (following the instructions in the above link): Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab>Reset... Well, it worked for me! |
