In need of an easy to use proxy program to bypass web block.! HELP!!!

Hi all. I'm currently at work but they have a web block so there are many things that I can't do( I'm not looking for porn lol).

I can't download any programs from websites that even have the word proxy in it so can someone send me a direct ftp link for a simple to use proxy program along with a guide on how to use( something short and sweet). Thanks.
