Webpages dont load

Any sites I try to access, IE7 says that the webpage cannot be displayed. However, msn messenger logs in and I am also able to update nod32, adaware, spybot etc.

I am running WinXP SP3 and I have run adaware and spybot and neither pick up any malware. I also did a virus scan and no virus' are detected.

It was working perfect yesterday. The PC which is having the internet problems is connected directly to the router and this PC I am using now is connected wirelessly, so there is nothing wrong with my router. I have tried to 'repair' the local area network but it still doesnt work. I ran IE without addons but sites still dont load. I also went to Internet Options -> Advanced and reset and restored advanced settings but it still doesnt work.

Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
