Windows Update - March 19th
Hi All
Is anyone else had an issue with the windows update on March 19th ?? The automatic update ran on both my laptop and desk top during the night - both of them run on XP - and both now have the same issues. I.E is slow - super slow - opening up particularly. I also had to change the firewall back to windows and not Norton to get some of the sotware I use for my business to run. Bizarre - anyone had this issue - any ideas ?? |

Re: Windows Update - March 19th
no my OS is fine it might just be Norton as its a huge resource hogger and not a very anti virus program
you had to exit Norton firewall for programs to work? how long did programs take to work? did you see how much ram was taken up or your CPU usage too? |

Re: Windows Update - March 19th
yep - everything else is running fine - Norton and all other programs
Its strange that its happening to both machines - and I have had to go through the processes with the firewall on both as well - thats why I can pin it to the update |
